Located at The Estes Park Resort, on the shores of Lake Estes, Ember reflects the cozy and welcoming vibe of its name, offering guests warmth and passion with every experience.

Ember, the newest addition to Estes Park’s emerging culinary scene, is an upscale-casual American restaurant and bar that opened in the Spring of 2024. Ember is the fifth restaurant of Gafner Hospitality Group, an award-winning member of The Boulder County Business Hall of Fame. GHG opened The Roost in 2015, Jefes Tacos & Tequila in 2016, Swaylo’s Tiki in 2022, and The 99 Bar Saloon in 2023.

Our plan is to address every negative stigma about restaurant work until people in our industry understand the real value in the work we do. We believe that inviting people into a comfortable environment, feeding them, hosting them as they celebrate life’s greatest moments, as well as gathering through life’s most difficult moments, is an important and honorable way to spend a life.
